Data set 3 · Public attention

Google Trends

The third measure of the policy agenda: what the public asks about, next to what the press covers. Google's embeddable widgets rate-limit third-party sites, so the live preview below uses the open Wikipedia-attention proxy — every panel links to the identical query on Google Trends itself. Once the query dictionaries are settled this series joins the eight venues already in the agenda comparison tool.
